Description :
A small slender skink, up to 90mm long. back is grey-brown, with a darker stripe dwn the centre and scattered whitish flecks. There is a faint blackish band along the upper flanks. The top of the head is chestnut, merging into the back colour through the neck region.
Habitat :
Wet and dry
schlerophyll
forests. Often seen in gardens.
Distribution
:
South East Australia, from South Queensland to South Australia. In the park, often seen in the Fosters Gully area, particularly near the propagation centre.
